The rock group recently unveiled a trailer for their sixth studio album, The 2nd Law, and they have now revealed that their first single since 2010′s Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever) will be a track entitled Survival. While the group are more known for having an apocalyptic edge to their music, this track is about ‘total conviction and pure determination to win’. A statement on Muse’s official website read: ‘We are very excited to announce that a Muse song, Survival, has been selected by the London Olympic committee to be the main official song for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
